Located between Saint-Tropez and Saint-Raphael, in the heart of the Bay of Les Issambres, the Hotel Hodeo is a luxury house overlooking the Mediterranean sea and dates from the early 30's. There is a gourmet restaurant and a deluxe brasserie on property. There is a swimming pool and direct access to the beach and a spa located 2 minutes from the hotel. Wind sailing, water skiing, jet ski, scuba diving and boat rentals are all available near the property. There are also 5 golf courses close to the hotel.

The Chef, Cyril Breteau is known and respected by the gastronomic critics. He will be your host at the local market followed by a hands-on cooking classes featuring delicious Provencal recipes and useful tips.

4 Day/3 night Package

 

Day 1: Arrival at the Hotel Hodeo in the afternoon. Welcome drinks. Dinner and accommodations in our 'Bastide Provencal' across the road from the main house. Beverages are not included with dinner

 

Day 2: Continental breakfast, shopping at the market in morning. Return to the Hotel Hodeo for lunch and cooking lesson in the afternoon. Aperitif and tasting dinner of your own cooked courses. Beverages not included with meals.

 

Day 3: Continental breakfast, cooking lesson in the am. Tasting lunch of your own cooked courses. (beverages not included) Departure after lunch to visit La Maison des Vins aux Arc, their wine storehouses, and wine tasting.  Gastronomic dinner at the hotel at the Hotel Hodeo Gourmands (beverages not included)

 

Day 4: Continental breakfast, check out at noon.
